The spells are not as "effective" as most cantrips for what they do. These cantrips are more fun than practical. Mage apprentices have always liked to prank their fellow apprentices. They have also been known to prank local village folk or even their own master which never turned out well for the prankster if caught.
Fart - if a save vs Fortitude is failed the target creature loses 1 point of Intelligence (The target creature farted its brains out so bad it can't think straight!) for the next round. A caster who is the end recipient will be confused and disgusted by the stench. Possibly lose its focus to cast a spell. Heck might even lose some spells with that loss of an intelligent point in the next round.
Open/Close Door - it does what it says...opens and closes doors. Good to open that door at the end of the hallway. If it is locked it won't open so you know it is locked. Also, close the door on creatures chasing you. Open a door at a distance and cast your fireball into the room.
Puke - if a save vs Fortitude is failed the target creature loses 1 point of Constitution (The target creature puked its guts out so bad it made it weak!). Can be useful if an enemy is close to death and you reduce their constitution 1 point thereby all hp's that were associated with that extra Constitution point will be lost...Puking can literally be the end of that target creature's existence.
Twitch - if a save vs Will is failed the target creature loses 1 point of Dexterity (you spasm so much you lose a bit of your ability to control your body). Imagine a thief about to climb up the wall to get at your party and he loses a point of dexterity. I'm sure there are more ways the result of this cantrip can be useful.
Blessed Touch - The cleric cantrip (orison) is used to heal 1 point of damage and cast blue light 5'radius on the target creature. It doesn't compete with the Cure Minor Wounds spell of healing 4 points of damage, but it does give dim light for the duration of caster levels the caster has. It's great for a light source that won't effect the rogue in your party (minimal light source skill penalties). It is also good to highlight that zombie in the dark and damage it a point as healing does damage to undead. The light cannot be used on items.
Demo module included. I have a hak that has everything in it. I also have seperated the spells, tgas (icons), 2das, sounds (wav files), tlk, and I put erfs for spells and scrolls (to put into your module),. I have three 2da's you will need to adjust to your own module 2das. Make sure you change your tlk lines, your 2da lines to incorporate into your own module.
There are some issues in the Demo module I do not have in my own module for some weird reason. The fart, puke, twitch noises don't seem to work in the Demo module. At times when the creatures are fighting you don't get the bending over, spasm, kneeling effects and words they are suppose to say often. Follow the directions in the demo module signs for you to read to test these more effectively.
Please feel free to adjust, re-upload, or do anything you want with this vault entry.
Feedback is welcome
